We start off by visiting your site and taking your brief. We will listen closely to your unique needs and assess the floor space available to ensure that everything fits in its right place. We not only consider the aesthetic side but also your practical requirements.
At this stage, using CAD drawings, we will map out the space to ensure adequate areas for desks, offices, meeting rooms and storage. We will consider the best use of natural light and a logical workflow and will study trends for innovative ways to treat office spaces.
Furniture spec & design
Firstly we spec out the job, deciding on the size of furniture, the number of elements needed according to head count, the IT, storage and cabling requirements and more. Next, the creative process will start with moodboards, picking the right look and colour palette. Using 3D drawings, we can give you an indication of what the final space will look like.
Manufacture & order
Upstart only works with the best in the industry and with the great relationships that we’ve built up over the years, we can guarantee top quality furniture and finishes at the best possible prices. At this stage we will source furniture and place orders, or custom-design eye-catching pieces of our own.
Installation and fit-out
This is where it all comes together – the most important stage of the process. Upstart will coordinate all the relevant parties and sub-contractors to deliver items, install them and fit out your space, from carpets and painting to dry walling. We will be on site to keep a watchful eye over the process: clearing the space, taking delivery of the furniture and seeing your vision come to life.
Coordinating so many different parties in a cost and time effective way can be a daunting task – one that Upstart can assist with. We will work out project timings, keep everyone on schedule, give you weekly updates on the process and make sure the job is done right.
Need to move your operation to new premises? Upstart Office can take care of everything: packing your belongings, kitting out the new office and project managing the entire job so that you experience minimum disruption and downtime. Where necessary this can happen over a weekend so everything will be up and running by Monday.
